Terrible. I was told when making this appointment the stylist was experienced with 13 years. When she was lightning my hair she was as experienced as much as a student in training! I said No red and I want to be lighter. I was given a weave with dark brown and highlights with red and rust! Not to mention a couple lines of demarcation. When I called the very next day she was defensive and rude. I spent $185 on my hair and they will never receive any more!! Watch out for shady people and poor service. Any good hair stylist would stand behind their work and work with you to help you be happy and completely satisfied. more

I can't explain how great my experiences have been at Auj but I will try... The stylists are lovely and easy to talk to. AND they are lifesavers. The first time I went there was to fix a little (okay, BIG) disaster that I had created with bleach and my stylist fixed it perfectly. My hair was amazing. I want to go back everyday so they can style it too. Everytime before I wash my hair, my husband would hug me and say, ""mmmm, your hair smells so good."" I will never go anywhere else. more

This quaint salon is Lehi's best kept secret! After discovering Auj by accident, our entire family has continued to have their hair cut at this salon. The owners are friendly and very hands-on with their clientele, quick to offer advice on styles and colors, and they are choosy about the stylists the hire. Pros: Friendly, skilled staff more

The atmosphere here was relaxing and comfortable. I hate when the stylist takes you back to the sinks and barely touch your head but here i got a 10 to 15 minute massage that almost put me to sleep it was amazing! I was so relaxed, it was worth every penny. They made me feel right at home with conversation and satisfaction. I was very pleased with the end result. The color looked great, the cut fit me and the products they used on my hair made it feel so soft and healthy. The only thing i wasn't to thrilled about was music selection i'm not a jazz fan. i have been many places to have my hair done and this was the one place that made me feel relaxed and 100% confident that i would walk out looking great! i got a cut and color, and i love that they did something different... i have had so many compliments, i look and feel great!! i really feel like i got my money's worth here and i will continue to go here. I must say that I have never walked out of a salon and actually been in love with my hair! The staff is fabulous and so much fun! They are highly trained in all areas, and I would trust any one of them to do my hair! I would highly recommend this salon to anyone, in fact I already have to my friends and family! This salon is a hidden gem in the small town of Lehi! It's well worth the drive even if you live in Salt Lake! I am counting the minutes until my next appointment! Pros: Great Prices!!!!!!!!!! more

Obviously based on my earlier review I loved this salon (or rather my stylist) who ended up quitting and switching salons. I didn't want to drive to her new salon so I tried going here to another stylist. I had the most awful experience! I wanted my hair colored black, when i left it looked ok, but within 2 weeks it was bright greeen! I called the salon owner to complain and he said they only guarantee their color for two weeks (what the??!!??) anyway, he wasn't even willing to bother to look at it. He said that it was my water that turned it green! I was so mad! I called my former stylist at her new salon and she got me in right away and fixed it. It has been a couple of months now and the new color still looks great. So apparently my WATER did not make my color fade. Pros: nothing Cons: everything more
