Terrible. I was told when making this appointment the stylist was experienced with 13 years. When she was lightning my hair she was as experienced as much as a student in training! I said No red and I want to be lighter. I was given a weave with dark brown and highlights with red and rust! Not to mention a couple lines of demarcation. When I called the very next day she was defensive and rude. I spent $185 on my hair and they will never receive any more!! Watch out for shady people and poor service. Any good hair stylist would stand behind their work and work with you to help you be happy and completely satisfied.
