I must also warn people of the very arrogant owner, Wayne. He will try to talk you into buying what HE wants you to buy and don't dare bring in something to get installed that you din't buy from him. He will try to make you feel like an idiot. I recently had what I thought was simple head unit installation and ended up going back twice to get it working right. Then I\r found out that they burned something up in my car. Of course I got the ""I've been doing this for 40 years and I've done 10,000 cars"" line from the owner and he acted like they NEVER make a mistake. It's funny that this happened the day after the install! Oh and guess what? As soon as the part was replaced, everything worked again. The installation itself was not very clean. They left trash in my car and they didn't even use terminal lugs on my amp. They just stuck the speaker wire under the terminal screws. There are plenty of places that will do a better job at a cheaper price and without the nasty, unprofessional attitude. more

Bought alpine speakers and amp. Customer service was great and helpful. Going back on Monday for installation: got a very good deal on speakers, amp, and installation price. more

Consumers please beware!!!!! This is a horrible company to do business with!!! The owner of the company did not exhibit good customer service skills at all. I took my vehicle to Audio Unlimited to get a radar detection system upgraded and paid them over $600 to get it done. The Audio Unlimited technician who did my installation told me that one of my sensors was defective and recommended that I'd needed to buy a new one for $299. However, my ALL of my sensors were working fine BEFORE I took my vehicle to Audio Unlimited for the upgrade. When it was all said and done, they charged me over $600 for a HALF-DONE installation job and sent me on my way. \r \r I ended up taking my truck to another authorized dealer of my particular brand system and let them do a diagnostic on the whole system. The final conclusion was that there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with the sensors; the root cause problem was that the system was hooked up incorrectly by Audio Unlimited. I will NEVER go back there! My husband took my car to Audio Unlimited to get a new head unit, amp, and sub put in for my birthday May 2011. He went in for a quote and picked out what he wanted. He picked out a Sony head unit and a middle-of-the-line Memphis sub and a decent amp. The employee pointed to said sub and they agreed on a price and made an appointment. My husband brings my car back for installation and the employee said he purchased the ""baby bump package"" and pointed to a smaller sub. My husband tried to tell him he wanted the middle sub, and the guy got angry and insisted that he bought the ""baby bump package"". The employee NEVER said anything about a ""baby bump package"" when my husband agreed on the first visit. So then the employee says that we can't get the middle sub and had to get the small sub because he's already made the sub box which was custom. My husband went ahead with it. While there, my husband had to go to the back and help ""problem solve"" on where to put the amp! The people there don't know how to figure things out them selves. They were going to mount it on the back of the seat, in a VW wagon, which folds down... glad that didn't happen! So husband brings it to me, and it doesn't sound very good, the sub was very muffled and muddy. Took it back and had to get a new sub because it quit working (keep in mind, it's NOT the sub we wanted in the first place!!!) So now it sounds ok, still not how we wanted it. Aug 2012, just over a year, the sub goes out again!!! Husband takes it back here and they said it burned up because of the box side (which THEY built!) and they want $60 for a new ""small"" Memphis sub. So we spent over $400 before, and they sold us a cheap $60 sub?!?! We were willing to pay more for the middle Memphis but they told us no. So this time husband asks for the original sub again and they said ok! WTF??? So we got the middle sub we originally wanted and I'll never go there again. I plan to tell everyone I know to never go there. more

They have decent prices, but will not take my brand new convertible camaro back, even to fix their sloppy work. I expected a professional install and I should have done it myself. Seemed like they didn't care about my car and the money I had to pay to get it. Ended up with extra holes in my trunk, black gunk to try to hold something in place and a radio that is not positioned correctly. Initially it seemed fine till I looked closer. I see the issues every day and get angry. more

I bought 2 Kenwood subwoofers, a headunit, and an amp from another store and installed it myself. I had some problems with installation and decided to ask Audio Unlimited for some advice. They not only gave me advice, but they helped me put part of my dash back together for free because I couldn't get it. They've also helped me with other small numerous projects. Eventually, my amp blew (old amp i bought from a friend) and I decided I was going to get a new one from audio unlimited. They gave me a great deal along with step by step instructions. I also decided a few weeks later to get some door speakers from them. I couldn't install them myself because of a special tool needed so I had them install it. Overall, a great store with a great owner. They have competitive pricing for both parts and service. Definitely worth checking out. more

I could not have been happier with the system I had installed in my new truck, and I LOVE the custom subwoofer enclosure you designed. I have had many systems installed over the years, but this is my first to have a touch screen in dash unit with a built-in navigation system. The Pioneer AVIC-D3 was a great recommendation and the Diamond HEX component speakers sound absolutely INCREDIBLE. I will be back in a few weeks to get the Crime Guard alarm with remote start. Pros: Staff really knows what they are doing. more
