Consumers please beware!!!!! This is a horrible company to do business with!!! The owner of the company did not exhibit good customer service skills at all. I took my vehicle to Audio Unlimited to get a radar detection system upgraded and paid them over $600 to get it done. The Audio Unlimited technician who did my installation told me that one of my sensors was defective and recommended that I'd needed to buy a new one for $299. However, my ALL of my sensors were working fine BEFORE I took my vehicle to Audio Unlimited for the upgrade. When it was all said and done, they charged me over $600 for a HALF-DONE installation job and sent me on my way. \r \r I ended up taking my truck to another authorized dealer of my particular brand system and let them do a diagnostic on the whole system. The final conclusion was that there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with the sensors; the root cause problem was that the system was hooked up incorrectly by Audio Unlimited. And that's why my radar
