If you really worry about getting the job done right the first time, Don't bother here. My daughter took her car there to have the windows tinted,after the job was completed I noticed that the brake light on the glass was covered by the film. they made me wait and was told that it will take over 4 hrs to have that corrected. the Installer was nice about it but i insisted to talk to the owner ,Which to my surprise was RUDE and behaved like a JERK. I will never ever visit them.It almost ended on a FIST fight.Not good at all, after I left I took the car to DIVINE SOUNDS and they fixed the mess for free.Save yourself a Headache and Hearthache don't do business with AUDIO ITCH. I went there looking for speakers and an amp for my car. The owner was extremely nice and showed me the various products available. He was patient with me and was willing to allow me watch the install. After the job was finished on of the associates was able to walk me through what they did and show me exactly how everything was done. They all did a great job and worked with me. I bought the stuff I needed to install my own radio from Audio Itch. They had everything I needed. When I tried doing the job myself I found it to be too difficult. Audio Itch did a super job on my stereo in my truck. I just bought a new Ford F350 and had them install a double din navigation system that I pulled out of my old truck. They installed it in under the time I was told with no complications. I also had them tint the two front windows and they came out good. I had the factory Bose system in my vehicle that cost me an arm and a leg and it never really sounded that good. The guys at audio itch replaced the Bose speakers with Rainbow speakers and it made such a difference I can not believe it. It sounds so much cleaner and realistic. I love my rainbow speakers. I'm going back for the Rainbow base box next. more

We just called Audio Itch to have repairs done on a Tint job they did for us on a New Car. We went back because they provided us with a life time warranty document and said as long as you have this paper, you can bring it in anytime to have service and repairs. \r \r Not true.... took our call and sent us to another company who uses the same tint. It seems they no longer carry it and instead of offering a simple repair or replacement with another tint, they just push you off.\r \r We called the other company and they were very nice, and said the Warranty Audio Itch gave us was worthless.\r \r Good to know they appreciate their customers...\r Will not go back or recommend them moving forward... more

To save money I bought a base level ford F150. I had Audio itch install power windows, power locks, and a keyless entry. They had the lowest price around Tampa and did a great job. I am going back tomorrow to get my two front windows tinted. more

I went to Audio Itch to get my windows tinted. They had a great selection, and I chose to go with the Wincos film because of its high quality. They actually took me outside and showed me the effectiveness of all the films on a heat meter. The Wincos is amazing. They were done sooner then I expected and the job was flawless!! I went across the street to BrickHouse and had a fantastic lunch.When I was done eating my car was ready. I couldn't be happier. Pros: Trustworthy more

I took my car there to get it tinted I was greeted by ""Chip"" who quoted a price $170 + $30 warranty , and after getting it done, I realize they installed the wrong tint on the front windows, I went back to complain and try to get it fix, to which Chip responded that I would have to pay another $50 to have change, and what's worse I get in the car and to my chock I found a crack on the windshield of the quarter to which they refused to acknowledge by saying that they never got close the the windshield, SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND DON'T VISIT THIS PEOPLES, THEY ARE INDEED SERIOUSLY HORRIBLE!! more

I brought my Honda S2000 there and they went above and beyond what I expect for good customer service. I love the quality of all work that has been done on my automobiles the few times that I have visited Audio Itch. \r \r First, let me say that they have always given me excellent customer service and its good to see that they have the same manager working there (and my visits were 5 years apart).\r \r When I was there for the first visit, I purchased the Total Mobile Audio 12's (subsidiary of JL). Good quality speakers and they hit hard. Had my amp go out a few months later. They ran a diagnostic and found that the amp had blown (I had wired this myself). They ran me a good price on an amp that matched the subs for a great price. Still have the amplifier to this day.\r \r Because of the excellent service, I came back today for a window tinting job and radar detector install on my '08 Taurus. The tinting was done extremely well and I couldnt be happier. They also hard wired my radar detector into the car for me at a discounted price because I already had all the necessary equipment (also keep in mind that I already had the detector, which I did not purchase at Audio Itch).\r \r I could not be happier with the service and products or the accuracy of the information provided.\r \r My only ""gripe,"" so to speak, is that I was informed that the job typically takes 2 hours. I dropped the car off early (10:20a. for an 11:30a appointment) and I did not receive a call that the job had been completed until 4:30p-ish. Thankfully for me, I was unable to return to the store until 5p anyways so it was of no inconvenience to me.\r \r Bottom line: you will be more than satisfied with what you receive from this company. If you are doing window tint, just make sure that you give yourself enough time for the job to be completed. Some things just take time.
