Awesome Job on window tinting my 2006 Honda, explained all my options,what to expect, finished on time no complaints .... I am curious where the bad reviews are coming from ??

Great service and plus Jag bought me lunch while I waited for my car to get done. 1/20/2010

I got my windows re-tinted, got a new alarm system, and had my stereo system checked out. This is the only place that I will be going to. I think next I'd like to get a new deck and new speakers. more

Audio House is a great place for car audio/video/tint etc. They have great prices and great customer service. Jag and the crew are a great team of guys, works done fast and professional. Couldn't ask for anything better. more

Standard market prices, but good service 1/20/2010

As with car audio in general, expect to part with a good sum of money at Audiohouse, but the service is unique. The shop owner is a personable gentleman and will work with the customer during (and most importantly) after the transaction to ensure the customer is pleased with the purchase...even if that means reinstalling, changing, or tweaking a system that was installed. For me, the service that sets this business apart from many others is the owner's underlying goal to please the customer. Many businesses will offer "guarantees" and such, but most turn their back on the customer once the initial transaction is complete. Jag is different because he is glad to work with the customer to solve any issues. When most businesses would choose to spend company time dealing with NEW customers or making NEW transactions, Jag is just as happy to use his company time dealing with old transactions (warranty issues/troubleshooting and such). That is quality customer service, and ultimately leads to repeat business anyway, and Jag realizes that. more

Hard to believe this place was that good. 1/20/2010

In all my experiences dealing with car audio shops I always run into a bunch of installers that do not know what they are doing and managers that are annoying salesman that wont leave you alone. I cant say that about this place. I dealt primarily with the store owner and I was blown away by his knowledge of his product and the insight he gave on what I should do with my system. Of course after dealing with him and when it came time to leave my car and the install was pending I was a little worried because of past experiences. However, This time when I got my car the install was seamless. There was no damage, no loose wires, no scratches on the interior. Of course, I had to hear how it sounded. So I turned my stereo on. Full and perfect is the best way I can describe it. I was looking for a full clear sound from my system and thats exactly what I got. I was worried about my electrical as well because in the past my electrical system had been fried by inexperienced installers. This time its been a month and my system is running the same way it did when I left the shop that day. Audio House is a top notch shop and if and when I want to upgrade my system I will defenitly go back. more

You cannot get better in terms of customer service, brand selection, installation, and knowledge. 11/5/2009

I shopped around and Audio House was the best I found in terms of price and service. I did not get that kind of help and customer service from the other places I went to. They have done a variety of work for me in multiple cars, from installing an audio system, navigation system, and speakers, to window tinting. I have taken my car to other audio shops who cannot believe how well the work turned out. Audio House has been helpful even when I have called them on the phone with questions. They also were really good in terms of working with me on price and staying within my budget. You cannot get better than Audio House in terms of customer service, brand selection, installation, and knowledge. Sunny Gill more

I decided to use Audio House because I wanted to keep my business local, here in Napa, as opposed to going out of town to a Best Buy. I had priced out on the Internet what I knew it would cost me to have an audio system installed in my Jeep. Audio House's prices seemed competitive. Because I wanted the amp to go under the seat as opposed to mounting it the back of a rear seat, I ended up upgrading to a smaller, more expensive power amp and subwoofer. Audio House was pretty straightforward in working with me on this. Everything turned out well. There was one little glitch with the Jeep's electronic stability control, which became disengaged. I had to take it to the dealer but Jag with Audio House stayed involved and made sure that everything was fixed. Ultimately, it turned out to be a simple fix and neither of us were charged anything. The work that Audio House did was professionally done and the sound quality of my audio system is good. I know that if I need anymore tweaking in terms of balancing the system, I can take it to Audio House and they will do it promptly. more

You get what you pay for and it is really worth it. 10/30/2009

I have used Audio House multiple times now, most recently to install a sound system in my car. Everything turned out really well: their communication was good and they have good products, including JL Audio, which is what I was looking for. Audio House is the most decent local audio shop in Napa. I have not had any problems with them. You get what you pay for and it is really worth it. more
