Groupon Nightmare + Damages + No Returned Calls To Make It Right 7/9/2015

It took 3 weeks to schedule an appointment after purchasing a Groupon deal to tint 2 windows. I just needed the tinting fixed on 1 side window so I could sell my car today. After driving from Santa Rosa, I dropped off the car at 11 and went back 5 hours later because they failed to call to let me know there was a problem or if it was ready to pick up. Jag said they had a problem getting my old tint off but when he showed me the car, his employee had removed the tint off the entire back rear window my mistake and they just left all the residue. After paying them another $75 on top of the Groupon, I leave with 2 messed up windows and a wasted trip. I called and asked for them to send someone to Santa Rosa to make it right so I could sell the car today, but Jag never called back. Worst Customer Service EVER!!! more

Window tint for both cars and HID for Motorcycle 6/24/2014

Awesome work!! Jag and his people are the best in the valley. High Quality work and at great price!! The window tint looked amazing and makes both cars look great!!! And HID kit looks amazing on the bike!! more

over priced sloppy woork 4/26/2014

took my truck in with stock sound. came out with cheep junk sounds like shi!! speakers do not fit stock placement. lookes like it sounds. shi!!. more

Window tint 7/1/2013

I have had three cars tinted here, and they have all come out perfectly. If you want charisma ask for Jag, if you want the strong silent type ask for Dave. If you want old school quality professionalism go to Audio house. Timely, Quality and Professional very tough to find these days. Thanks for all your help Jag and the team. more

Would not recomend to my worst enemy 2/16/2013

After three tries to tint my rear slider that was out of the vehicle they still could not get it rite. No, we are sorry, no nothing. I am surprised they are still in business. Completly unprofessional, dont waste your time going to these guys. more

Audio House is so much the very best for a number of reasons! The very best audio and solar shading products. The manager (a treasure!) Jaq. 30 plus years of experience. A powerful and sincere desire by everyone to provide the very best service. This not only provides a completely satisfactory result but a smaller price due to less time wasted by technicians who are inexperienced and "learning on the job." Very accommodating installation schedules and when needed free transportation to work and return. You would be foolish to go anywhere else for your audio and window-tinting requirements. No....I do not work for the company....I am a 30-year satisfied customer sincerely wanting to prevent you choosing the wrong company. Owner Jag seems to have inbred passion for what he is doing . It comes out as natural. Every time I went there he was surrounded by throngs of customers. However each one was seems to feel that he /she is the only one , as Jag gives individual attention. more

The absolute best! Everyone there is professional, very friendly, fun, great service at a great price. I got my windows tinted, i was nervous cuz i didn't know how it was gonna turn out. after they were done my car looked amazing. i would recommend audio house to anyone. thank u for providing outstanding service at a great price! more

jag and his crew of technicians were the most professional and helpful group of guys ive encountered...they worked with me and installed my system and new stereo in a budget that i could work with..i will definately only go to them when i need more work done.....thanks again for helping me out like you did..above and beyond what anyone else would have done.... more

Jag Gives good service had him work on my Benz and did a great job 2/27/2012

I have had Jag and his boys work on all of my vechicals from 95 dodge, 05 MDX, and 01 SLK benz. They have been workingon my stuff for over 10 years. If I ever had a problem I talked to Jag and he fixed it. Customer service is what is needed for return customers. As long as I get that they will work on all my equipment more

Everything with Audio House is excellent. I've been going there for years. They are really nice, they make things really simple, and they help you out however they can. They are always willing to work within your budget too, which I'm sure is awesome for a lot of people. more

Audio House was recommended to me by a friend. I did call around to others to gather info, prices. I Spoke to Jag, he gave me the confidence to go with them (great personality!) They installed my iPhone connection in record time and worked perfectly. Great staff, super knowledgeable and great communication! My connection stopped working, so went back ..I dropped in to see if they could resolve (I expected a long wait) They explained it was becasue of Verizon's glitch, and needed to be reset. It only took 15 minutes (my max time)! Fixed! and at No Charge! Love! more

Great Experience 4/2/2011

After going to many Car Audio shops I finally found one that would really help me get what I needed. I came out from SF and stumbled upon this shop. They had my whole system redone with blue-tooth, iPod integration and new speakers in literally hours. The staff was friendly and professional. They did an excellent job. more

Jag is a really personable guy who knows his stuff. He has always been willing to listen to what I want. He makes great suggestions but has never pushed me into buying anything I didn't need or want. The rest of the guys are great too. Whenever anyone needs the kinds of services that they offer, I don't hesitate to recommend them. more

Awesome Help Awesome People Awesome Service! 2/11/2011

I went to Audio House to get My old deck installed, an amp and some woofers. I wasn't happy with the original sub woofers due to a manufacture mistake so i brought my car back showed Jag and he hooked my up with better woofers for no charge! These guys truly are great! Easy to talk to and extremely personable! Thanks again Jag you da man! more
