Review content:
As with car audio in general, expect to part with a good sum of money at Audiohouse, but the service is unique. The shop owner is a personable gentleman and will work with the customer during (and most importantly) after the transaction to ensure the customer is pleased with the purchase...even if that means reinstalling, changing, or tweaking a system that was installed.
For me, the service that sets this business apart from many others is the owner's underlying goal to please the customer. Many businesses will offer "guarantees" and such, but most turn their back on the customer once the initial transaction is complete.
Jag is different because he is glad to work with the customer to solve any issues. When most businesses would choose to spend company time dealing with NEW customers or making NEW transactions, Jag is just as happy to use his company time dealing with old transactions (warranty issues/troubleshooting and such). That is quality customer service, and ultimately leads to repeat business anyway, and Jag realizes that.
