It took 3 weeks to schedule an appointment after purchasing a Groupon deal to tint 2 windows. I just needed the tinting fixed on 1 side window so I could sell my car today. After driving from Santa Rosa, I dropped off the car at 11 and went back 5 hours later because they failed to call to let me know there was a problem or if it was ready to pick up. Jag said they had a problem getting my old tint off but when he showed me the car, his employee had removed the tint off the entire back rear window my mistake and they just left all the residue. After paying them another $75 on top of the Groupon, I leave with 2 messed up windows and a wasted trip. I called and asked for them to send someone to Santa Rosa to make it right so I could sell the car today, but Jag never called back. Worst Customer Service EVER!!!
