ATSI is absolutely the perfect choice for our business, and personal auto repair, and service because ATSI provides friendly, professional service at a reasonable price. My wife, and I have been highly satisfied customers since 1993 when ATSI first started in business, and have continued through the years as they have grown, and changed locations because ATSI has bent over backwards to fit our needs. Because ATSI cares, and helps people to be safe on the road, we have entrusted all 3 of our kids who have their own automobiles to ATSI, and they have also become highly satisfied customers. We have had numerous problems over the years, including at least 4 different transmissions overhauled. We have come to expect a high degree of judgment and integrity in diagnosing, repairing, and servicing our vehicles, and ATSI stands behind their work. We particularly like to do business at ATSI because the person behind the counter who answers the phone is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and agreeable. We decided that if the company had the sense to put someone like him at the service counter, they obviously know what they are doing. And they do! Not just transmissions, they do it all - factory scheduled maintenance, air conditioning, brakes, electrical, exhaust system & muffler, fuel injection, oil & filter changes, starters & alternators, steering & suspension, timing belts, tires, transmissions, tune-ups, and water pumps - We've had them do all, and a great job they did. We've never had a complaint. It has always been a pleasant experience from start to finish. I thought the odds were against having so many efficient, friendly people in one family oriented company. Took my car to have the heater core replaced only to be informed of other issues that needed to be repaired asap. One example is that I was informed my hoses to the heater core were damaged so much that they were loosing as much if not more water than the heater core, and that it all had to be replaced for a ridiculous amount of money, over a thousand dollars for a $45 heater core, two $20 hoses, and labor, you do the math. I decided to do the work myself and found that not only were the hoses not leaking, they were both perfectly fine as they had been replaced only a year ago! I'm not sure if someone just doesn't know what they were inspecting or if I was intentionally lied to (this being a college-town, and they thought they could get away with it), but I'm never taking my vehicle there again, and wouldn't recommend them to anyone unless you just have loads of money to spend for un-needed repairs. more

I had a horrible experience with these guys. I was having transmition problems....so I took it to them(someone recommended me to them) and my car was worse than before. They were rude and unwilling to help me get the problem fixed. They are sexist pigs. I would never recommend anyone rake their car to them...PLEASE DON'T more
