At Home Computer

I met Josh 8 years ago when I had a computer from the last century, and he did everything possible to bring it up to date. It turns out it wasn't possible, so we proceeded from there to 2 other computers which were from the same century. By this time, Josh and I had become very good friends spending time together trying to get me back into the internet world. At that time, we decided that he would build me a computer, which he did 6 years ago, and it has run beautifully since then, other than for nasty villains out there trying to put viruses into it. He has never turned me down when I've called him and had a problem. One time I had a very, very bad virus and he took part of his weekend and came over and worked on my computer and took care of it before it became overwhemling. Tonight I had a problem that a friend reported to me, which she thought was a very bad virus, and I called Josh at 7 o'clock at night, and it turned out to be someone who hacked my e-mail account. Josh took care of this and we also took precautions with my Facebook account and he never once complained that I called him at night and he was grateful that I did so that it woudln't spread to other people.\r \r He has always been there for me. I consider him a good friend and an excellent computer man. more

Josh's abilities never cease to amaze me. He's prompt, walks you through the potential problems, and always finds more advanced and easier methods to restore problems from hackers, and even problems I may have created. He'll always suggest any different program that may help protect my computers, run faster and more efficiently. Found this company through a couple of google searches for Mac repair here in Chico. Josh (the owner) knew exactly what was wrong with my MBP after a few words over the phone. Since I work with my computer, I didn't have much time to be without, but Josh understood and was able to give me a quick turn around to get me up and running again. I have been using At Home Computer for at least the past two years or more. Just make that fix-it list and Josh will fix it all and make suggestions at times to make it run even smoother and faster or provide new products that maybe of benefit for my personal and professional usages. Most of the time Josh is able to fix it all within the charge of 1 hour, even though he may have spent over that time. I totally trust his judgment and integrity. He personalizes the service, knowing what and how I need my computer fixed........and at times, Josh is able to resolve my computer glitch with just a phone call to him. Or with a ""log-on"" program he had installed on my computers, my computer problem is also accessed by remote, saving me time and aggravation. I have never had problems with my computer but when I did I called Josh. He picked up the phone right away and scheduled and appoitment. He came to my house ran some diagnostics and then gave me a very faire quote for the repairs that needed to be done. He took my computer with him and I had it back the very next day with a much better operating system and no kinks. He not only fixed my problems he offered me better working applications and installed them for me. I will defenitley be calling him again. (thanks josh) more

Josh was a genious! In a short time he eased my anxiety and answered questions and problems I've had for quite a while. He was very patient and tolerant. I'm SO glad he's willing to put up with me 'cause I'll be bugging him for more help in the near future. more
