I met Josh 8 years ago when I had a computer from the last century, and he did everything possible to bring it up to date. It turns out it wasn't possible, so we proceeded from there to 2 other computers which were from the same century. By this time, Josh and I had become very good friends spending time together trying to get me back into the internet world. At that time, we decided that he would build me a computer, which he did 6 years ago, and it has run beautifully since then, other than for nasty villains out there trying to put viruses into it. He has never turned me down when I've called him and had a problem. One time I had a very, very bad virus and he took part of his weekend and came over and worked on my computer and took care of it before it became overwhemling. Tonight I had a problem that a friend reported to me, which she thought was a very bad virus, and I called Josh at 7 o'clock at night, and it turned out to be someone who hacked my e-mail account. Josh took care of this and we also took precautions with my Facebook account and he never once complained that I called him at night and he was grateful that I did so that it woudln't spread to other people.\r

He has always been there for me. I consider him a good friend and an excellent computer man.
