the treatment was fine however the possessions removed from my home for preparation (washing and cleaning) were never returned. Were they lost , thrown out with the trash or stolen? Interesting that it was my BESTclothing that was lost. i received no satisfaction for thousands of dollars of items until I hired a lawyer and threatened a law suit. more

We had a small problem that blossomed into a big problem, and we finally figured out it was coming from a neighbor. Assured was with us the whole way (we're talking many, many months!), true to their warranty. Every call was responded to in a timely manner, every request handled with real professionalism. Not only do they do a great job with the bugs, but they're good at calming you down, too!! Paul rocks! more

Bed bug free and happy to be so! Had an infestation from a neighbor who lived like a slob and had to deal with this nonsense problem; called Assured Env and they did a bang up job and really killed those suckers dead. Awesome service and totally fast, which was my biggest concern because I was leaving on a vacation and needed next day service. more

So here's the story - > I get home and wife is freaked out screaming at me as soon as I walk in the door... she found a bedbug in our daughters room while cleaning toys and was frantic. We had to do something right away. After going online and searching for a few minutes we came across Assured and call immediately. Not only was the phone rep extremely re-assuring (no pun intended), but they even asked to speak to my wife and calmed her down, explaining that there was nothing to worry about and that they would come and remediate the next day. I wrote a review about a month ago, and no longer see it on the website. Assured exterminated my apartment twice and their treatment failed. Their dogs are not trained by NESDCA and not sure if they are thoroughly exterminating the apartment. I called the company several times indicating that the treatment failed. They never called me back, so I had to pay for another exterminator to eradicate the bedbug problems in my apartment and building. Evan, the owner of Assured, replied to my comments on the site. He apologized and asked if there was anything he could do for me. I answered his email about two weeks ago , and he has not responded. Since he asked what he could do for me, I told him that his company could reimburse me for the 3000 dollars I spent on their failed exterminations. I had to pay another wonderful company to eradicate my problem, and they did a great job! Please go anywhere else but Assured. I hope you don't go through the problems I went through with this horrendous company. more

About two weeks after my boyfriend and I moved in together, we found ourselves perpetually bug-bitten. Upon notifying our landlords, Bettina Equities, Assured was promptly scheduled for an inspection. Using dogs, bedbugs were detected in our boxspring. more

We used two other noted companies in the last 3 years and they were both capable...or so their reference list would suggest. I called in Assured based on recommendations and was told they were more money but worth it. Turns out they were more than the 2nd company we used but right on par with the first. Assured Environments was originally recommended to me by a friend and since have provided reliable service for me. I first had them get rid of the roach problem I had in my cookie cutter NYC apt!! They took care of it for me on their first visit. Then recently when I thought I was going to pull my hairs out of my head because of critters in my bed, they took care of that too. They have come twice and done a very thorough job both times. NO MORE BITES IS WHAT I HAVE TO SAY!! I highly recommend Assured Environments...From the first phone call to my most recent service, I received exactly what I would expect from a professional service. Two thumbs up to this company!!! I must say when I spoke to my friend about the Bed bug infestation we had in my apt building and he referred me to Assured Environment I was a bit skeptic. I have dealt with terrible service in the past with other Pest Control companies and wasn't sure if assured Environments lived up to my friend's great praises and my expectations. BOY was I wrong! The minute I got on the phone I was impressed with their professionalism and response. They immediately dispatched a Canine Handler to my apt to sniff and search out where the problem was and quickly exterminate it! They even explained to me on how try and avoid bed bugs in the future. Polite, quick and understanding are a few attributes I experienced with AE. Knowledge and great customer service is what sold me. Thanks AE for getting rid of those pesky bugs. I can now sleep at night with no worries in mind! more

So when my doorman told me that our building had a bed bug epidemic, naturally, my first reaction was to move back to Nigeria. I was disgusted by the little creatures that I could not even see, but were invading my life. My wife began to hyperventilate, and insisted that we stay in a hotel until we were clear of the little suckers not knowing that hotels are perhaps an even more toxic place. A good friend of mine told me about ASSURED ENVIRONMENTS, and after speaking to one of the lovely girls there, I was able to breathe easy. She ""ASSURED"" me (no pun intended) that all would be well, and that at a reasonable price, my worries would be gone, and I did not have to move back to the motherland. I took her advice, and needless to say, we are bed bug free. Thank you Nelsy for your patience with my crazy wife, and thank you ASSURED ENVIRONMENT for the wonderful work. So when your doorman tells you your bulding may have bed bugs, you know who to call. Keep it up guys...and gals! more
