I wrote a review about a month ago, and no longer see it on the website. Assured exterminated my apartment twice and their treatment failed. Their dogs are not trained by NESDCA and not sure if they are thoroughly exterminating the apartment. I called the company several times indicating that the treatment failed. They never called me back, so I had to pay for another exterminator to eradicate the bedbug problems in my apartment and building. Evan, the owner of Assured, replied to my comments on the site. He apologized and asked if there was anything he could do for me. I answered his email about two weeks ago , and he has not responded. Since he asked what he could do for me, I told him that his company could reimburse me for the 3000 dollars I spent on their failed exterminations. I had to pay another wonderful company to eradicate my problem, and they did a great job! Please go anywhere else but Assured. I hope you don't go through the problems I went through with this horrendous company.
