So here's the story - > I get home and wife is freaked out screaming at me as soon as I walk in the door... she found a bedbug in our daughters room while cleaning toys and was frantic. We had to do something right away. After going online and searching for a few minutes we came across Assured and call immediately. Not only was the phone rep extremely re-assuring (no pun intended), but they even asked to speak to my wife and calmed her down, explaining that there was nothing to worry about and that they would come and remediate the next day. Everything went extremely smooth and we haven't had a single issue after the job. Very great service, excellent prices and incredible customer service. Thanks Assured !
