I would rate them with zero stars if I could. They are unresponsive to homeowners, get nasty with homeowners when they call to try and get responses to their queries. When finally having an open meeting, they lie in response to homeowners questions. I would recommend that no association hire them as a management company. STAY AWAY! more

There is nothing decent about this management company. If you are looking to secure a professional company that will indeed have your best interests at heart and treat you with respect and professionalism, this is not the company for you. If you read further, this company has bad reviews for a reason and my hope is that you will try to reconsider that perhaps there is some truth to it and stay away. I have a property managed by this company through a condo association and i can't begin to tell you the degree of reluctance to resolving issues or even responding. It is next to impossible to get a hold of anyone which is really a disappointing and frustrating experience when you are paying exorbitant prices for this level of unprofessionalism. You are just re-routed to voicemails that are never returned. "Brandi" - Very unresponsive, takes two or more weeks to respond. Stay away from this management company. Believe me, you will regret the day you considered contracting them. more

Association Advisors makes sense. They are effective and communicate with the residents extremely well. They care about our homes as if they were their own. They ensure that everyone takes care of their homes and are responsible neighbors. That in itself is an extremely difficult job, but very necessary to keep a community top notch. I am so grateful for them and if I ever were to move I'd definitely want to be in a community they manage. more

The association advisors is by far the worst association ever they like to raise the fees and do not provide any type of maintenance. The association does not enforce the by laws. The association does not have an clear understanding of common grounds vs limited common grounds. more

Association Advisors is a completely disorganized company. They managed our complex in Matawan for four years and our bills were consistently paid late causing us to incur fines and penalties. Our property actually went into tax sale at times with a tax sale certificate issued. We had an overwhelming problem with the DCA because they responded too late and with too little getting completed. The DCA has fined and issued penalties. The list of problems we had with them is so long all I can say at this time is that they are gone and were replaced with a much more responsible organization more

I rented the clubhouse in Wyndham Place Freehold and had nothing but problems. My date was not reserved so I couldn't get in the day of my function. Finally found someone to let us in. I emailed twice regarding it. No answer. Called a month after function, told no email, will send deposit check back. A month later, another email, told it was mailed last month. Got paper work next day, post marked from the day before. Was lied to through out the entire process. I was so tempted to put a stop payment on both checks. Nicole Chung was the most dishonest and unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. Not one ounce of truth came out of her mouth and I am beyond furious that my association fees go to paying part of her salary. I'm not sure what she does all day but it isn't handle these matters. **NOTE: I only gave this one star rating because I was forced to give one. more

Association Advisors was managing our complex at Sherwood Court Condominium complex in Matawan. Our water and sewer bills were found to be paid late and the town of Matawan was charging late fees and penalties. In November of each year our complex was put on a tax sale list and one of the condominiums that our complex owns had a tax sale certificate issued for non payment of real estate taxes in February of 2012. It was happening again in 2013 to our complex but homeowners aware of the sale and wrote to our Attorney Cutolo Law firm who recommended them. The DCA issued violations in 2012 and Association Advisors didn't start correcting the problems until 2013 causing us to have more fines and penalties. more
