There is nothing decent about this management company. If you are looking to secure a professional company that will indeed have your best interests at heart and treat you with respect and professionalism, this is not the company for you. If you read further, this company has bad reviews for a reason and my hope is that you will try to reconsider that perhaps there is some truth to it and stay away. I have a property managed by this company through a condo association and i can't begin to tell you the degree of reluctance to resolving issues or even responding. It is next to impossible to get a hold of anyone which is really a disappointing and frustrating experience when you are paying exorbitant prices for this level of unprofessionalism. You are just re-routed to voicemails that are never returned. "Brandi" - Very unresponsive, takes two or more weeks to respond. Stay away from this management company. Believe me, you will regret the day you considered contracting them.
