Association Advisors is a completely disorganized company. They managed our complex in Matawan for four years and our bills were consistently paid late causing us to incur fines and penalties. Our property actually went into tax sale at times with a tax sale certificate issued. We had an overwhelming problem with the DCA because they responded too late and with too little getting completed. The DCA has fined and issued penalties. The list of problems we had with them is so long all I can say at this time is that they are gone and were replaced with a much more responsible organization
