Had front brakes and rotors replaced. I should have asked why the rotors had to be replaced as they were only resurfaced once. This was not e xplained. I'm familiar with automobiles and I believed the mechanic but he should have explained why I needed rotors. more

I had an appointment for this visit and I come here for everything, so I was recognized at check-in. I got a call about a newly discovered issue before I even thought to call on progress!
