Vehicle Repair 10/27/2013

All the employees are very professional and courteous. I have taken my vehicles to Associated Auto for years because they back up their work and are very honest. They explain and show customers the repairs they will be performing on their vehicles. Most importantly, they provide excellent customer service with their cheerful and kind attitudes. more

service writer was great i believe "mo "detailed 9/14/2013

customer service great ,prices are outragous 1300 to repair fitting to intake ,"could break"and replace intake gasket. parts ,fitting 15.00 intake gasket 30.00 .then when i said no he said he could replace fitting and pour some stop leak .and charge me $400.maybe i should have gone this route since fitting would "probably break" so he would have to remove intake and replace gasket anyhow .come on you guys i also wanted a tune up , air condition service . i dont expect work for free just fair you guys have done work on a couple of my cars truckIGNITION ,96 impala (heater core) 99 benz AIR .you guys werent cheapest .in my opinion you guys and covina electric were one of originals ,and honest shops i always reccommended people in area ,neighbors .i knew they would be happy with service.and you guys were easy to talk to and understand not like the shops over on san bernardino rd.so i guess theres a price to pay for english speaking repair shops. thanks more

The customer service that is offered is the absolute best. I can call them at anytime with a problem and am told "swing by we will look at it right now".... I have referred a number if people and everyone is always satisfied. I won't go anywhere else more
