Discounted Oil Change & 38 Point Inspection 1/5/2013

I was in line early and from the moment they opened the gate, I felt taken care of. I had decided to wait so I brought a book and a cup of coffee. I was offered coffee while I was there and the daily paper. The work was done quickly and at a reasonable price. I am a regular here, and I will continue to be! more

I would not recommend them. 1/7/2012

Granted my vehicle is an older model, but I don't feel that I was treated fairly or honestly. After two visits and several hundred dollars, Associated Radiator told me that I could only have heat or air-conditioning - but not both! Even after visiting several times personally, I didn't get any satisfaction. I didn't get a professional or logical explanation. I didn't get a complete repair. Moreover, they didn't refund any of the money I paid. I would not recommend them. more

Trustworthy Mechanic 3/7/2011

I'm used to be treated differently because I'm a woman but they were very respectful and had fair prices. Both Craig and Steve are very nice guys and I will use them again. more
