Aspen Spas a St Louis Company you can trust 5/20/2012

We purchased our spa in 2007 and have enjoyed it very much. Aspen Spas is a company that completely backs their products and are always available to answer any questions or resolve any problems that may come up. I like the fact that they are a local company. We have used our spa a lot and have never had any problems with it. Should we ever need to purchase another spa I would certainly only buy one from Aspen Spas. more

I bought my spa from Aspen in 2005. I like the fact that my spa with made and sold locally. The staff showed me how they made the spas and the process they go through. This was a big deal maker for me. The service since I bought my spa has been spot on. I have never had any trouble with the company in coming out to my house in IL to fix my spa when I have had a problem. But the problems have been few and far between. Thank you Aspen Spas. more

I bought my spa from Aspen in 2003. I support buying local when possible, and Aspen made this a possible, and wise decision. The family has been great, and they recognize me every time I walk in to buy chemicals. The spa has been terrific, with only minor issues which I was mostly able to deal with myself. It's a quality built product and I have no doubt it will last a lot longer! I've recommended two friends to them, one of whom bought a spa -- and Aspen credited my account for this referral, which I wasn't expecting. Cheers to Aspen. more

My husband and I first experienced the customer friendly Aspen Spas in 1999. We purchased a hot tub and I remember when Lee and Pat not only helped with the purchase, but Lee helped deliver the tub. Since then, I have continued to have the tub servieced by Aspen and purchase all my chemicals. Best Service 5/20/2012

Bought a house with an Aspen Spa installed already. The folks at Aspen Spa have been wonderful in teaching me how to get it up and running and have followed through with lessons on how to maintain it. They answer all of my many questions. Great place with great knowledgeable staff. more

We were totally impressed with the great help we received from the team at Aspen Spa. They gave us a great deal and did a great job with the delivery. The follow up help is great too. I don't even have to go in for chemicals. They send them out no hassles! more

Spa Cover 5/20/2012

I purchased a spa cover with delivery and installation. I wasn't sure how to measure the dimensions correctly due to the rounded corners. The folks at Aspen walked me through it on the phone and were very helpful. When the cover was delivered, the gentleman installing went above and beyond by adjusting the cover lift to accommodate the new cover. I really appreciated their seamless service. more

tried to buy local - NOT IMPRESSED! 5/20/2012

I purchased a spa from Aspen. It was a pre-owned Aspen BRAND that had been refurbished by them in their shop. It was also delivered and installed by Aspen. Problems began right away. It leaked. They ""fixed"" it under the six month warranty. Then it leaked some more. And some more. And again. Then a pressure filter problem. They had to return at least 5 times. Once the warranty expired the motherboard failed and had to be replaced. The tub STILL LEAKS! \r BEWARE... Now I get an email offering me 50 dollars to write a good review for them. Give me a break! more

The folks at Aspen Spas are very knowledgeable and the service is great. We are first-time hot tub owners. They spent over an hour with us giving us all the information that we needed to maintain our hot tub. Thanks Aspen Spas! more

Aspen Spa's 11/11/2010

My boyfriend and I were given a hot tub, but the only catch was we needed to get a cover for it. We went to Aspen Spas to get some information about getting a cover made we were told one flat price, we had to get it customized since it wasn't a spa they sell, and it would take two to three weeks. In September we put down a deposit, and ordered the tub. We knew that if we had it by the middle of October we could get it up and running before the cold St. Louis weather and we could enjoy it. WRONG! It has been two months and a few phone calls and now because of the weather changes, and the tub being empty the fiber glass cracked! We still don't know if the cover is in or not yet, and our 200$'s is non-refundable. Although the staff was friendly, their service was slow and because of it our hot tub is shot and we are 200$ poorer. more

Aspen Spa Review 4/9/2010

I called and spoke to Dick this a.m. to see about getting a heater for my Jacuzzi Spa J320. Jacuzzi is out of business in St. Louis and Watson won't let me buy a heater and install it myself. Pool King was friendly enough, but basically said, for me to think about it before trying to do it myself. Dick said, ""no problem to order it, just put half down and pay half when you pick it up."" ""If I need a tech they have tech's on call all day."" Aspen does not ""make"" you call a svc. tech. for $200. So, Dick saved me $200 and was knowlegable and friendly-talking to me as if I were his friend. Now that's service in this economy of hard times. Pros: friendly, courteous, knowlegable more

Buying a hot tub for the first time is a pretty confusing purchase. I knew I wanted one but I had no clue about all the choices that were available. Aspen walked me though all the options and helped me pick the right one for me and my budget. They made that and the logistics of installation simple. At a package price that the big box places can't match. Great people and locally built! Pros: Great people and value more

Great service and expertise 7/25/2007

Aspen Spas provides the best service and spas that I have seen. I have owned three of their spas over the years, continually upgrading or moving and leaving one behind. We use ours year round and love the low maintenance aspect.\r \r I have known and been associated with the owners for over 20 years and have seen them place their customers above all else, which says a lot when choosing whom to do business with. \r \r With so many spa manufacturers and dealers, it is nice to get it all in one package (manufactuer and dealer) in one place and know your working with spa experts---not your local Home Depot store, who sells hot tubs on the side. more

I can't imagine buying a spa anywhere else! 5/22/2005

We spent an afternoon at Aspen Spa talking to the owner and her son and then 'wet' tested each of the spas. When I say there was no pressure to buy I mean none, zero! I even hugged her when we left. It's a family business and you can tell they are truly into their craft. I can't imagine buying a spa anywhere else! I will refer my little heart out to Pat and the gang. This may sound like a commercial but I'm serious when I say before you buy a spa somewhere else be sure and stop by Aspen Spa!!! Pros: Good location, low(no) pressure, there were no Cons! more
