My boyfriend and I were given a hot tub, but the only catch was we needed to get a cover for it. We went to Aspen Spas to get some information about getting a cover made we were told one flat price, we had to get it customized since it wasn't a spa they sell, and it would take two to three weeks.
In September we put down a deposit, and ordered the tub. We knew that if we had it by the middle of October we could get it up and running before the cold St. Louis weather and we could enjoy it. WRONG! It has been two months and a few phone calls and now because of the weather changes, and the tub being empty the fiber glass cracked! We still don't know if the cover is in or not yet, and our 200$'s is non-refundable. Although the staff was friendly, their service was slow and because of it our hot tub is shot and we are 200$ poorer.
