I had to wait 45 minutes after my scheduled time to be seen and that was after they reschedule me to lighten the hygienist patient load. The hygienist was rather rough and didn't seem real coordinated. I don't believe she was new at this. I received 6 confirmation requests, 2 coming after I spoke with someone and complained. I scheduled an appointment in August and have already received one request for confirmation. Very frustrating and annoying. I have complained about this in the past but it keeps happening. Overall I feel the people try hard to be nice but it seems a little fake to me. more

I was greeted as soon as I got in the office and was taken as soon as the next opening. I had my exrays and then saw the Dr. I had everything explained to me and all my questions answered and understood. then I asked if I could have my impressions done that day , they checked their schedules and asked if I could wait a few extra minutes and I said yes. I had my impressions and they gave me a time to come back . Everyone was very pleasant and as they walked by would smile and speak to me till it was my turn. My experience was special to me. the care card was the best or I couldn't have gone further. Thank you so very much I'm looking forward to getting my teeth and hope they fit and look good. more

I was nervous about going to the dentist but had gotten to the point where I had to go. I had gone to dentists before where they were judgmental, and left feeling bad about myself. At Aspen Dental in Waterville they make me feel so comfortable. I feel confident that they do what is best for me. They seem to really care and take the time to explain things to me. You won't find a better bunch of people. So glad that I chose them! more

Had a great experience here recently. Wasn't sure what to expect really (went in for the free exam), but the office seemed very clean and professional. My xrays were taken by a friendly girl who made me feel right at home, and the dentist who did my exam was patient and gentle (Dr. H-something? Can't spell it, but turns out he's a homegrown Mainer!). All in all, I felt very comfortable and cared for. Recommend this office/dentist. more
