Review content:
I had to wait 45 minutes after my scheduled time to be seen and that was after they reschedule me to lighten the hygienist patient load. The hygienist was rather rough and didn't seem real coordinated. I don't believe she was new at this. I received 6 confirmation requests, 2 coming after I spoke with someone and complained. I scheduled an appointment in August and have already received one request for confirmation. Very frustrating and annoying. I have complained about this in the past but it keeps happening. Overall I feel the people try hard to be nice but it seems a little fake to me.
