I was given good advice on my dental issues. The dentist was professional upon entering the room and apologized for my wait time. He introduced himself and took the time to answer all my questions. I was very impressed. more

I have intense Dental work anxiety, Getting me thru the door is difficult my experiece here at Aspen Dental Mowhawk Commons has been awesome , Starting with Liz the woman who did xrays she put me at ease made me laugh , Dr Singh was extremely professional and considerate of my fear. This by far has been my best experience at a dentist my entire life. more

I absolutely love my new dentist at the Mohawk Commons location. She was so kind, calm and most important, she treated the assistants with RESPECT and explained to them what she was doing. I have been to the 'upperclass' dentist and I'm telling you, they do not compare the the ones I have met at Aspen. All the staff was happy to be at work, smiling and ready for the day right at 8am when I got there. more

Tracey was amazing. So nice and helpful. She made me feel cared for when I was very nervous. Amanda did a great cleaning and kept me calm. The girl who took my X-rays was also very nice and explained everything to me. The only real issue I had was with Dr Singh. She never said hello or introduced herself. I felt like she was judging me and never explained what to do or expect. It was very frightening. She gave no instructions for post care or follow up. When she performed a filling she didn't say a word to me. She offered no reassurance during the procedure. I would prefer a "you're doing good", or "almost done". The silence with just the drill noise made me so anxious that I couldn't help crying. Even as I was crying she made no attempt to stop or ask if I needed a break. Please train your dentists to be caring towards their patients. The dentist assistant was also unfriendly and didn't seem to care about how I was feeling or to explain anything to me.The rest of the staff is incredible. Tracey and Amanda are the reasons why I'll be back! more

Great Experience 12/9/2011

I was able to get my x-rays, exam and cleaning done all at the first visit. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Very pleased. more
