Tracey was amazing. So nice and helpful. She made me feel cared for when I was very nervous. Amanda did a great cleaning and kept me calm. The girl who took my X-rays was also very nice and explained everything to me. The only real issue I had was with Dr Singh. She never said hello or introduced herself. I felt like she was judging me and never explained what to do or expect. It was very frightening. She gave no instructions for post care or follow up. When she performed a filling she didn't say a word to me. She offered no reassurance during the procedure. I would prefer a "you're doing good", or "almost done". The silence with just the drill noise made me so anxious that I couldn't help crying. Even as I was crying she made no attempt to stop or ask if I needed a break. Please train your dentists to be caring towards their patients. The dentist assistant was also unfriendly and didn't seem to care about how I was feeling or to explain anything to me.The rest of the staff is incredible. Tracey and Amanda are the reasons why I'll be back!
