Horrible place to go. They have messed up my partials over and over and over, now they say I have to pay to have them remade. Its not my fault they have messed it up over and over...

I'm not sure I can do this in a just a few words. Right from the very start, the lady at the front desk, the lady (I'm sorry I forgot your name) who took my X-rays, Dr T and Nick, everyone was awesome and friendly!! I've never been in a dental office like this before. It didn't even feel like a dental office. Unfortunately, I can't come up with the funds but I wish with all my heart that I could. I don't even want to go to another dentist now!!!! Thank you all for a great and wonderful experience! more

Staff was friendly and professional but to say you have payment plans is a bit misleading. It's still more than most offices as far as payment options are concerned but a two part payment is not what I would consider a payment plan. more

Ashton is simply amazing! I live 2 hours away and just had to come back for my follow up to the Peoria office because of the team. I felt very welcomed starting with Erika when I walked in the door. Everyone is extremely friendly and caring. Thank you team Peoria! more

The dentist that worked on my teeth had the most beautiful eyes I have ever seen. Made me forget the fact that she was yanking a tooth out of my mouth. Thank you. I wish I could take her out for dinner. more

I always have fast service - in an out for a cleaning in 30 minutes, including updating my x-rays. I was nervous when Todd left a while ago but the new hygienist is just as good. more

The staff is very professional and the place is clean. But oh my God are these people money hungry. \r Once I had a suspicious bump on my tongue which could have been cancer. They said their oral surgeon (who would not come by for another 6 weeks) could take a biopsy, but I had to pay them $1,000 in advance. The implication was I could go rot and die of cancer if I didn't pay them in advance. I went to my family physician the next week instead (and there was no cancer).\r Another time they tried to slip a $130 electric toothbrush onto my bill without my approval. Numerous times they've tried to sell me on expensive treatments (like whitening) which my dental insurance won't cover. I finally convinced them I'm too poor for the fancy stuff, so now I'm on their list of deadbeat bums not to be trusted.\r Recently, after a cleaning, they were going to schedule me for some drilling and filling (no cavities, just some more revenue raising projects for themselves) and wanted 60% of the bill for the future work paid then and there. How cash starved are these people? I said it's my policy to pay right after the job is done. Do they think I'll jump out of the chair and run out of their office without paying?!\r I'll be looking around for a more human focused, less money focused dental care provider. more

I just moved here and needed to find a dentist. I chose Aspen Dental and found the staff to be very friendly. The dental assistants were also friendly and worked with my nervousness. Lol Dr. Chris was very thorough and informative and explained in detail the procedures that would need to be done. The business manager explained in detail my best options for my new dentures. more

I have visited the Peoria Aspen Dental several times and each time I go in there it is an absolute joy. Everybody is so kind, friendly and professional. During my first visit there, Dr. Grainger removed a root tip from my gums. She was very caring and very gentle. During my second visit there, I was there to get a Jig reline done on my denture. Dr. Sirisha was very nice and extra caring when doing my impressions and explained everything from start to finish. The lab tech that they have in the Peoria office, Nikki Jackson, is just amazing. She is so great at what she does. For the first time in ten years I do NOT have to wear fixodent, and if you are a person who wears dentures, you know how unpleasant fixodent is. Overall on a scale of 1-10 I would give the entire staff, especially Dr. Grainger, Dr. Sirisha and Nikki Jackson a 100!!!! more
