This was one of the best healthcare experiences I've had in years. The young woman at the front desk was extremely friendly even though I neglected to fill out a an entire section of one of the forms. The doctor was cordial, professional and disarmingly kind. As i arrived, she was helping an elderly woman walk to her car because the parking lot had minor patches of ice. The doctor and her staff were wonderful. They had a great rapport with one another and made me feel warmly welcomed. I was impressed with the proficiency of both the hygienist and dentist. They demonstrated a high level of expertise throughout the cleaning and examination process. For the entirety of my Aspen experience, I felt comfortable, at ease and in good hands. Thank you all. Everything was fine. However got explanation of benefits today stating dr Bryant not a provider. Sure you will be able to clear this up. Aspen is our only provider. more

On time service and quick surgery. Did not like the overall attitude of doctor assistant and the surgeon. She seemed to act as if the patient is supposed to know about overall procedures and lab samples that I need to pay for. The surgeon seemed okay except that he seemed to get impatient as well. more

Pretty good. I did have to wait awhile for the dentist to check my teeth but she was busy with another patient so I understood. Overall pretty good experience more

NOT RECOMMENDED. I have been to Aspen dental a few times for regular cleanings and x-rays. On my first visit I was told that I could not have a cleaning on my first visit because I needed to have a personal cleaning plan and that my teeth might require different levels of cleaning. The next couple visits I was able to schedule regular cleanings. Today, however, when I went to schedule another routine cleaning, I was told I would have to have two visits and could not schedule my teeth cleaning until I had a come in for a pre-cleaning check-up and plan (that would, of course, cost extra money). I was told that this was because I hadn't been seen since 2011. This is not true. I was seen at the very same location for x-rays and a cleaning in April 2012. I have the receipt and the credit card charge to prove it! After so much rigmarole and BS, I told Aspen I would search elsewhere for dental service in Fort Wayne. \r Note: This review pertains to the Aspen Dental location at 720 East Coliseum Boulevard in Fort Wayne, IN. more

I had not been to a dentist in 12 yrs until some excruciating pain hit me in the jaw in December. I saw a dentist from the phone book and I was told I needed 2 root canals and a couple minor things. He referred me to a specialist, but I procrastinated b/c the pain went away until now, in February. I made an appointment with the specialist but they could not see me for a whole week. The pain was getting so bad that it put me in tears at least twice a day. After 2 more days of the pain I could not take it anymore. more

All the service and the staff at Aspen Dental are AWESOME!! I had lost my insurance and had not been to a dentist in over 3 years. They offered me a free consult where they went over with me everything I would need and what each of these would cost me out of pocket. That way I was able to choose what would get done now and what i would do later as far as affordability. I ended up needing 5 teeth extracted and an upper and bottom partial. I was literally scared to death! The doctors and staff went way above and beyond for me to make me comfortable and ease me thru this. I had heard so many horror stories about partials. I have had my partials for 2 weeks today and I am doing fabulous!! My uppers, I tend to forget they are even there. I dont feel them at all. I have had 2 adjustments on the bottom but they feel wonderful as well. The biggest transition has been learning how to talk without lisping a little. My mouth looks and feels great!!! Each time I did need an adjustment they bent over backwards to get me in. One time I called in advance and they got me in that afternoon, the other time I just walked in and asked and they worked me in. I am so thankful to them for the kind of service they have given me. Believe me when I say the staff there are the friendliest people you will meet and they make you feel like you are their top priority. If you ask me that is very rare and much appreciated. I have never commented online about anything before. I guess I never felt strongly enough about anything to do that until now. I would strongly recommend them to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You will NOT regret using their services!!! The rest of my family is going as well, and let me tell you, everyone of them are just as excited as I am about Aspen Dental more

THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!!!!!! After having the hygenist practically rip my back teeth out, this place had the nerve to charge me 10x the amount that was quoted to me. When I took my concerns to the management, they were completely unhelpful and condescending. I would never recommend this place to anyone, even my ex-husband :) I told them that I would not be using my now expired dental insurance, but paying for these services with a flexible spending account. They billed the old insurance company at inflated rates. Some of the ridiculousness included a charge of $55 for the dentist to look in my mouth for 3 minutes. They try to up-sell you services that are unnecessary. PLEASE do not go here if you want to keep your teeth or your money. more

worst experience ever! I never minded going to the dentist. now on the other hand, after all I've been through with Aspen Dental. It's a long story, gonna make it short. Cons: waste of money and time more
