They gave me great fast service. It was nice to wait, because there was wifi and was able to get some work done.

Worst

Took 2.5 hours to get an oil change I made an appointment for and after the first hour the front desk said it was almost ready but that was a lie. I wouldn't be as mad if it didn'...

What they tell you is what you get, unless they find something else while fixing the original problem then they call and authorize the new problem with you so you're not blind sided on the bill more

Great customer service and only the repairs/maintenance I need! 8/10/2013

My first impression of this business was that I was completely satisfied because they only provided me with the repairs/maintenance I needed on my car and they do not try to "upsell" me on things I do not need. Also, the front counter people are friendly and courteous. I have referred friends and others already to Aspen Auto. more

Pre-purchase inspection 7/31/2013

Before purchasing a used car for our son we had Aspen Auto Clinic check it out. For a reasonable price we were provided with a VERY thorough report of the car that was very helpful with in our decision making process. Staff answered all our questions very patiently...greatly appreciated. We've taken 3 different cars to Aspen Auto and have been very impressed with their professionalism and friendliness. more

Spent more than anticipated, made 2nd visit next day 7/11/2013

I had car starting problems and ended up replacing the car battery, a cable connector, and then lastly the starter with Aspen. When I picked up car, the check engine light for knock sensor. Check engine light was on when it wasn't when I dropped off vehicle and engine was not knocking. Aspen couldn't figure out what it was. Had to drop car off again next morning and was fixed by Aspen at no charge. Forgot to plug a connection thoroughly. Good customer service experience with Heather and Mike at front counter, and good experience with Mike the technician. Average customer service experience with Shawna the next morning compared to Heather and Mike. Would've rated higher if didn't have to come back the next day for check engine light. more
