They gave me great fast service. It was nice to wait, because there was wifi and was able to get some work done.

Worst

Took 2.5 hours to get an oil change I made an appointment for and after the first hour the front desk said it was almost ready but that was a lie. I wouldn't be as mad if it didn'...

Took great care of my car and they have a very nice, comfortable customer area that is by far the best I have been to. Highly recommended more

Great experience twice 5/26/2013

Had the oil changed in the wife's Highlander and was impressed enough to take my Avalon in for the same thing. Recommended Aspen to my son and he had the oil changed in his car too. We'll be back. more

Great customer service and competitive pricing 5/20/2013

Shawna and her team provide straight-forward answers and do not try to sell "add ons" like other places I've been to. Their pricing is competitive, their shop is extremely clean, and the staff is professional and friendly. I will be returning to Aspen for future repair work and will likely switch to have my regular maintenance done here, as well. more

The Go-To Place for my car needs. 5/17/2013

I would highly recommend using Aspen Auto Clinic. They were on time, knowledgeable, listened and I felt I was in very good hands from the time I walked through the door. They provide a shuttle service once you drop your car off and pick you up when it's ready. They will be the go-to place for my car repairs. I have already told many friends about them! more

They let me see the problems on my car 5/10/2013

When bringing my can in for a routine oil change the age old problem was brought up "something else is wrong with the car" they brought me back to look at my car on the life and showed me the problem. I liked being able to see the problem first hand instead of just trusting a strangers word. they then recommended the part and a solution to the problem. Quick and pain free. They also placed my new plates on my car for me so I didn't need to do it later! Friendly staff, made me feel at home! more

Not Pushy! 5/7/2013

I worked with Eric and he was informative and invited me to look under the hood to visualize his recommendations without ever being pushy or 'whishy-washy'. I felt because of this he built a report of trust and I will come back to Aspen Auto. more

Dealership Alternative 5/7/2013

Aspen Auto Clinic is an A+ outfit. Being very knowledgeable, professional and friendly, I felt comfortable knowing my vehicle was in good hands and the job was going to be done right. The shop is clean and tidy. The coupon deals are great. I really like the fact that they are a dealership alternative to getting your scheduled maintenance done to keep that warranty in check! Lower pricing, professional staff and a pleasant atmosphere make for a win, win situation. more
