Mr. Pierce came out on a Sat due to no hot water. He was diligent, professioma and honest about the issues my hot water heater was having. I would hire him again in a heartbeat! more

Our showerhead needed to be replaced due to a faulty valve inside of it, and they came out and replaced the entire showerhead at no charge (they had previously put this showerhead in about 2 years ago). Roman showed up right on time, was very courteous and friendly, did the job with excellence, and I was a very happy customer again. This has always been my experience with ASI, which is why we will always use them for plumbing issues. Mr. Pierce (Carlton) did a rebuild on our half bath toilet and replaced the shut off valve. We have had Carlton do work for us before and we are always happy with the job. I can not recommended ASI and Carlton Pierce enough. Thanks more

We had an outstanding experience with this Company and our Tech Carlton ! I'm a disabled Vet and wanted to know if there were vet discounts, we received a call from the owner, who approved a discount ! In today's world, what owner calls a customer back, that sold me on ASI ! Our job was completed in one day, and the crew did one $@!#% of a clean up job, things were back just like they found them as far as or rooms within the house ! GREAT job Carlton & Austin, if we're in need again it will be ASI !!!! more

Roman came out when promised n tightened the nut to my gas pilot line, nothing more. From there, I was able 2 get my gas turned back on. I had a hot water copper pipe leaking in my finished basement that I found on a Friday evening. I turned off the water to our house to stop the water leak. I then started looking for the best plumbing company that I could find so I could get it repaired quickly and get the water turned back on as soon as possible. I also was concerned about some of the horror stories you hear about exorbitant charges in such situations. I think I got lucky and did find the best plumbing company for my problem. ASI has an online scheduling service that lets you know when they can come and take care of your problem. In addition to scheduling on line Friday evening , I called Saturday morning and asked if they could give me a close estimate on the cost which they did quickly and correctly. I had scheduled between 12 and 2 pm on Saturday and Plumber Carlton Pierce arrived within that time frame. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. He had my water back on in approximately twenty minutes and also made some suggestions to me regarding my water pipes and other plumbing issues. Although I would not say they are cheap I think their price was very fair and probably less than I would have paid at many other plumbing companies. I called ASI Plumbing to install a new water heater, and they run just a little bit cheaper than the other places I checked. This was the first time I used them and I went with them because of the cheaper prices. The technician arrived on time and as far as I know, he did a good job putting in the hot water heater. I fell that day and it knocked me out, and when I came to I was covered in blood from chin to knees. I had hit my head and the head wound was bleeding a lot. I was propped up against the technician when I came to and he was holding a cloth to the wound keeping pressure on it. He called the ambulance and stayed with me until they got here. It seemed like he really cared and I appreciate the care he took of me that day. more

I found a great plumber! Carlton has to be the hardest working plumber in Louisville. To get the job done, Carlton worked a few 12-14 hour days, on the weekend. Unheard of from the other 3 plumbers we tried. We agreed on a 630am start time and he was never pulling in the driveway later than 6:20. Looking forward to the finish work more

Mike called me early in the afternoon to let me know that it would be slightly past my appointed time to fix my clogged pipe. I work night shift & didn't think I'd be able to sleep with the noise from the shower replacement, I found out I was wrong. Carlton did a great job with the services provided & he was professional and I could see his dedication to ensuring that the job was done right the 1st time. I was able to get some sleep & my dogs liked him too! I will be asking for him in our upcoming projects to remodel our bathroom! more
