Horrible company to do business with. Very calculating and deceiving. They care nothing for the tenants just your money. Be very cautious when renting from them. It's all nice and friendly up until you move out. That's when the nightmare begins. Please, PLEASE document everything that is wrong with the house. Take pictures and videos of the property from top to bottom. With this company, communicate through email only! You need to document everything. Phone calls won't do you justice. Not only will the rental company want your money, so will the owners. They'll make sure they get a full renovation before the next tenant moves in so ALWAYS make sure you're not the first tenant to lease a property. We made that mistake and now our deposit is going towards a dream renovation for the owners ($3100 DOWN THE DRAIN). Nothing on the property was new and now they're getting a free dishwasher (which was already broken) along with other things. Anything that is normal wear and tear, you will get charge for. If you find something even slightly wrong with the house, report it immediately. Harass them and make sure they fix it. Make sure they have someone come out and look at it. If they avoid you and state “we will fix after move out” then that's a huge sign that you need to take out your camera and start taking pictures. Heck, you can even send them the pictures and make sure they have if for their records with a email documenting the date picture was taken and reported. They obviously know whats wrong with it and having to address it then would mean money out of their pockets, not yours. From experience, they will make accusation AFTER MOVE-OUT and say “it is evident that you damaged this or that”. SO DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. IF YOU DO, YOU NEED TO BE EXTREMELY METICULOUS AND NOTE EVERYTHING!!!! Take REALLY GOOD PICTURES AT MOVE-OUT TOO!!! DON'T LET ALL YOUR CLEANING AND HARD WORK GO TO WASTE BECAUSE THEY WILL TAKE PICTURES. They are not a honest company to work with. Very poor ethics.
