If you can help it do not rent from them. As a landlord they do not take care of their properties to upkeep the basic necessities. They are hard to get hold of when it comes to problems with the property, are not willing to work with tenants who want to do upkeep of the house, In short they are not willing to invest anything, only to get your money!
