Review content:
We have a lot of rental properties in our neighborhood managed through Ashton Tenly. We have a house with renters from hell that wake us up with loud music and screaming girls. They have garbage piling up all over their driveway and backyard with grass waist high. We have contacted Ashton Tenly many times and they claim they will take care of it but nothing is ever done. If they were woken up at all hours and had to deal with trashy neighbors, maybe they would care. They obviously do not properly screen their renters and are allowing nice neighborhoods to go to hell. They feel the police should handle THEIR renters. I think the police have more important things to do other than manage their tenants!
