Do NOT under ANY circumstance allow your son or daughter to attend Ashford. There are too many things wrong to even place on this review, but the shortened list is as follows:\r \r * The children are forced to eat tainted, week(s) old food that is re-used from weeks previous.\r \r *The director, Kim, lies on a daily basis to both her employees and the parents of Ashford children about the care they receive.\r \r *They are WAY too expensive for the care that the children are given\r \r *There are illegal numbers of children per teacher, all of which is only covered up when there are parents, visitors, or state employees present.\r \r *Children are neglected often by the teachers, especially when the director is absent for ""errands"" or vacation time.\r \r *Children are accepted at Ashford during times of sickness. there was a child in one of the classes with high fever, vomiting, diarrhea, etc. who was allowed to be in Ashford care without a call home to his parents.\r \r * Harsh chemicals and Bleach are used around the children, including the infants, during all times of the day, but more specifically at mealtimes.\r \r to conclude: PLEASE DON'T SEND YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS AWFUL PLACE!!!\r more

The DFPS came out to our center and did an invest on this allegation. They interview staffs present at the time of alleged incident including Jocelyn statement. DFPS did not cite AM for any wrong doing b/c joc was present with the child. Her plan was to distroy AM rep. so she can get cust. to her home care. I have a handwritting letter from joc that she quit ashford, and her plan to get children in her care at ashford to come to her home for care before she leaves ashford.\r . more

Do not take your children to this Daycare. Our son was left alone in the cafeteria, and found by one of the other teachers. The teacher that found our son reported it to us, and then was fired for not going strait to the director about it first. Director also tries to cover up things so parents wont know whats going on. Would highly not recommend. more
