I've already recommended Ascent Audiology! I had a hearing aid that was giving me trouble so Ascent ordered a new part for it. It still wasn't acting right and they tried to figure out why. They ordered a whole new hearing aid for me and it came very quickly. I haven't had any trouble with it whatsoever. more

Thorough, quick, and neat evaluations and explanations. 2/24/2014

Ascent Audiology did a very thorough, quick, clean, and neat job evaluating my situation and making some recommendations. They then backed up the recommendations with some good explanations. more

The people over at Acsent Audiology were extremely professional and friendly. They listened to my description of my hearing, analyzed the problem and came up with the proper solution. In the end I feel they could not have done a better job. more

Very enjoyable experience. 2/5/2014

My experience with Ascent Audiology was good. They took steps to make sure my hearing was where it should be at, or where they wanted it to be at. They were very customer oriented and made me feel comfortable. I was impressed that they did tests for me that I had never done before. more

I'm very satisfied 1/30/2014

Everything with Ascent Audiology of Olympia turned out good but I wouldn't say I was completely satisfied. I think I had too high of hopes with the hearing aid because it's not like you have your hearing back 100% and there's a lot of echos and things like that but I can live with that. D. Lund more

Called everything right! 1/28/2014

My experience with Ascent Audiology Olympia has been excellent thus far. Everybody is very respectful and courteous. We are still in the working stages and I will actually be getting back to her soon. I have been to other people and she is definitely better or comparable to them. She has called everything right so far and I have no reason to expect any different from her. I have already referred her another patient. I am very happy and optimistic. more

I needed a hearing aid so Ascent Audiology Olympia helped me get through the process of what I needed to go to get one. They worked with me as much as they could in acquiring a hearing aid and other than that, they were timely from start to finish. Greatly appreciated. more

I have known Alison for several years and she is a caring and compassionate individual who is well informed about the products she sells and listens to her patients' needs and goals. I am quite pleased with her and would definitely recommend her. more

Dr. Vega at Ascent Audiology Olympia has been wonderful. I have another appointment with them on the 10th. They've been great. I've already recommended someone to them. I heard about Dr. Vega through a very close friend of mine in Minneapolis. His sister has a hearing aid from Dr. Vega, and that personal reference, that assurance is why I chose her. Dr. Vega is very interested in the long term; it's not about just giving you the hearing aid and then getting rid of you. She's followed up and has been making sure if the hearing aid suits my needs. I like the very modern equipment. I was really impressed by it all. more

I felt all my questions were answered and did not feel like I was in a CLINIC but instead a very relaxed setting. The new hearing aids are allowing me to hear things that I have not heard in a very long time! more

My experience was life changing! 10/2/2013

I haven't had a new set of hearings aids for thirteen years. Not only is the new technology far superior to the old, but Dr. Alison Vega's ability to do the proper testing and to diagnose the right type of hearing aids for me, versus what I thought I needed, and then me listening to her was life changing. After going to Ascent Audiology Olympia I'm hearing things I haven't heard for a long time. She's very helpful afterwards as well. A couple days after getting my new hearing aids I ran into a problem. I called and she got me in immediately and got the issue taken care of right away. It was just a programming issue. She's just great; you know you're in good hands. more

Ascent Audiology of Olympia had very friendly service and she knows what she is talking about. They explained things thoroughly and after getting my hearing $@!#% setup we discussed any changes needed and they were very patient with me. A very good experience. more

I cannot say enough! THE best doctor I've ever had!! 7/19/2013

I really can't express how much I love and appreciate Ascent Audiology Olympia. Dr. Vega is so very kind to patients, and is clearly truly concerned about my husband and I. She even discovered hearing loss in him that we hadn't known about before because she takes the time to dig deeper when she sees a problem. That's how considerate and human she is. I have been to so many other doctors, and she is by far the best out of all of them. Again, she is so considerate, and not pushy at all. I feel relieved that, at our age, we found a young doctor who is so concerned about us that she is currently trying her hardest to find hearing aids that we can afford in our financial situation. I will always wish I'd found her sooner! more

Best price, Alison is great 6/26/2013

I went to about 4 different agencies to see what they offered and what it would cost to get a hearing aid. I found that Ascent Audiology Olympia gave me the best price for a second level hearing aid system that I could get. Alison accepted Group Health's 800 dollar credit, and she took that off so that made the system more reasonable in price than any other company who wouldn't do that. I went in with my wife and we talked to her and she is a real personable lady who seems to know what she is doing. She spent time with us and I have been back once and she did some adjustments and I am getting used to my aids! more

Welcoming, knowledgeable, and accommodating. 6/13/2013

We go to Alison at Ascent Audiology & Hearing to be rescued from another audiologist. I was referred to her and did some research and that's why we go here. We haven't used her device but she has helped us with the ones we already have. I trust Ascent Audiology & Hearing a lot. It's always nice and relaxed when we go in. Michelle, the receptionist, is congenial and comforting. It's all done with small talk and a hug. If there is a mistake, they are always very apologetic. They are just down to earth people. more
