I haven't had a new set of hearings aids for thirteen years. Not only is the new technology far superior to the old, but Dr. Alison Vega's ability to do the proper testing and to diagnose the right type of hearing aids for me, versus what I thought I needed, and then me listening to her was life changing.
After going to Ascent Audiology Olympia I'm hearing things I haven't heard for a long time. She's very helpful afterwards as well. A couple days after getting my new hearing aids I ran into a problem. I called and she got me in immediately and got the issue taken care of right away. It was just a programming issue. She's just great; you know you're in good hands.
