I became a patient of Dr. Goodwine last December. I found Dr. Goodwine to be very professional and caring about her patients. She has always taken time to explain any questions that I have without rushing me. I would certainly recommend her services to anyone with a hearing problem. more

I was very satisfied with the testing and fitting of my XINO hearing aids and the associated SurfLink Media device. They have certainly enhanced greatly my hearing experience. The intelligibility of human speech conversation is significantly improved, especially when talking with individuals in person. Human speech dialogue reproduced in various media sources such as television or movies sometimes have an unnatural quality, that can be somewhat distracting, and thus have a slightly negative affect on intelligibility, however, some of this may be due to the quality and maintenance of the associated audio system. Also, since I have been professionally an Engineer (information signal processing) for many years, I would have liked more technical information about the specific hearing aid's audio processing technology - this I acknowledge as my own personal preference and is not a criticism of the service provided. more

Service and assistance in obtaining a hearing aid was great. 10/25/2013

I have been through the hearing aid process before and remember the many trips I had to make to get the aid to fit properly. Coming to Accent was so easy and Dr. Goodwine was so knowledgeable and helpful in fitting and recommending the style that worked for me, the process was painless. I hardly know the hearing aid is in my ear. Thanks to you and your office for the experience. more

I found Dr. Goodwine to be quite open to my opinions and feelings. She did not make me feel as if I had to buy from her. She also found aids that were in my price range. I'm looking forward to working with her in the future. more

Top Notch 10/25/2013

Recently my Father-in-law at 87 years old finally went to be fitted with hear-aids. Talking with the staff before to ease my FIL into this new situation was awesome. Plus Dr. Goodwine personal touch and working through his anxiety about this was top notch. Highly recommended to use. Professional and friendly from her assitant staff to the doctor. more

I took my 4 year old daughter in to have her hearing tested. Dr. Goodwine is great with kids. She was so patient, and caring towards my daughter. She made the hearing test into a game. My daughter had such a positive experience. more

Dr Goodwine is amazing! 6/16/2013

She is always so willing to help me with any issues that may arise with my hearing aids. She always makes me feel like I'm her only patient. The Front desk is always so helpful when I call in with my issues. She is always so friendly and helpful. I really enjoy my experience each time I call and visit this dr's office. I'm so glad I started coming here for my hearing issues. more

Excellence in every phase of the presentations, care of customer hearing "problem", satisfied any/all questions, make customer comfortable with technology being provided and attention to details of the use and understanding and expectations for the improved hearing to customer and those who were to be the recipients of my hearing improvement. No more first word response to any misheard conversation and/or question, I. e. No more first word "WHAT" followed with loudly response. more
