My primary reason for using Ascent was because it was so convenient for me. However, I was very pleasantly surprised at how great the quality of service. My evaluation and receipt of my hearing instruments went quite smoothly and quickly. I am very happy with the care that I received. more

i have been served by four audiologist over a 30+ year time. It is a progressive industry which employs dedicated caring professionals. I happay to say that the last two practices I have used, with Accent being the last, provide excellent service. I hope they open a practice in Manassas. more

Excellent Service 11/5/2013

She has the customer touch and understanding of what are our hearing problems and how to solve it. Her office staff - Kelly - is very supporting and works very well with customers. The Doctor is always available and was there when I needed her - she took one day to get my hearing aid replaced - although I did find the one I thought I lost. Will recommend to anyone. I greatly appreciate the service I receive every time I go to Ascent Audiology and Hearing. Dr. Amy and the receptionist are very friendly and always take care of me. I just feel very comfortable going over there. I'm very, very satisfied with their service. Dr. Amy is terrific. She is friendly and helpful. In fact, she's helped me a few times already. I've been going there since they opened up. I'm one of her first patients. I recommended her to one person who lives close to me and she got hearing aids too. more

From the initial contact through the whole process, my experience with Ascent Audiology and Hearing was comfortable and thorough. They also referred me to a wonderful ENT for further evaluation. I looked through all of Ascent's reviews online and didn't see a single negative one, which at first I thought was suspicious. But they are absolutely wonderful. more

Great Place 10/29/2013

A friend of mine told me about this place. So I decided to check it out and I'm so glad I did. Not only is the location convenient to the major roads I travel everyday but the office atmosphere is quite friendly. I find Dr. Goodwine to be very knowledgeable on the subject of hearing loss and new techniques that are available to assist ones hearing. I'm happy! more

Dr. Goodwine & her assistant Kelly went above & beyond my expectations. I have been shopping for hearing aids for 2 years and traveled up to northern Virginia to several different audiologists. They made me feel pressured and obligated to buy hearing aids right then & there not even extending additional options or services. Dr. Goodwine provided me with a VERY thorough evaluation as well as showing me the difference in quality versus quantity within the technology of hearing aids that is available. I would never see another Audiologist other than Dr. Goodwine.Keep up the SUPERB Services you provide!!! more

Lived VA for 17 years and found Amy Goodwine is the fabulous audiologist I ever experienced than others in VA. She asks questions to get know about your daily preferences and useful. She will find 1-3 options that will work for you. This something that I like to have options than limited. Also the prices are very reasonable! I highly recommend to see her! more

My hearing loss was evident to my spouse, children, and those with whom I associated! It was a bitter pill to accept, the diminished hearing, then deal with accepting an aid needed to make life more livable for family, friends and those for whom I can! more

Dr. Goodwine's professionalism, experience, and hi-tech savvy are evident in the thorough and concise hearing evaluation that she conducts. She is "right-on" in her examination; and determines exactly what hearing aid would best benefit your hearing loss and you. Kelly is personable, friendly, and easy to talk with. As far as I am concerned Dr. Amy is the ONLY ear doctor in Prince William county .... She and her staff are professional AND caring ... Each customer is "special" and treated as such.. I would trust my ears to no one else.. more
