I was very satisfied with the testing and fitting of my XINO hearing aids and the associated SurfLink Media device. They have certainly enhanced greatly my hearing experience. The intelligibility of human speech conversation is significantly improved, especially when talking with individuals in person. Human speech dialogue reproduced in various media sources such as television or movies sometimes have an unnatural quality, that can be somewhat distracting, and thus have a slightly negative affect on intelligibility, however, some of this may be due to the quality and maintenance of the associated audio system. Also, since I have been professionally an Engineer (information signal processing) for many years, I would have liked more technical information about the specific hearing aid's audio processing technology - this I acknowledge as my own personal preference and is not a criticism of the service provided.
