My Father-in-Law recently moved to VA from AZ and was having issues with his hearing aid. I chose Ascent for the convenience and I was pleasantly surprised by the service we received as soon as we arrived. He has an off brand device that is not is not sold in this area, but Amy took the time to modify it to fit his needs. I appreciate her kind and caring demeanor in spending time and explaining things to my Father-in-Law. After we left he said he had thought it worked well before but now he hears better than ever. We will be back for all of his hearing needs. Thank you! more

I live in CA and still use Amy! 12/15/2013

Amy has been my audiologist for about 6 years. Rarely do you find somebody who goes above and beyond the minimal requirements. Amy is that person. I have recommended her to family and friends. I am so loyal to Amy, that even after I moved to CA, I still go to her for my hearing needs. more

Professional, Accommodating, Excellent 12/12/2013

Dr. Goodwine has been my audiologist for the better part of seven years. Consistently she provides exceptional services to me and the many people I have referred to her. I never feel rushed and she always places me at the center of her attention. What I appreciate most is her willingness to explain everything to me in great detail. I want to feel empowered as a consumer, and she provides all of the information I need to make the best choice for me. Her new office is great and her receptionist is fabulous as well. I highly recommend Amy! more

Fantastic and wonderful 11/12/2013

The staff was not only extremely friendly, but Amy was extremely knowledgeable as well. Several attempts were made to fit my unusual ear to no luck, but she never gave up. We joked about the hearing aids were in her office more than with me. I have already referred two people to her and one reported her to be outstanding; just as I had stated to the client. more
