Imagine a 70 year old grandma in a wheel chair waiting over two hours just to see the doctor. If this is not cruel, I don't know what is. If you give a patient an appointment, why would you make them wait an additional two hours? This is not something that happens once, it happens on almost every visit. If you don't speak English well and don't know your rights and are unable to complain, this doctor will take full advantage of you. He will prescribe you medicine you don't need, make you sign papers you don't understand, keep you waiting and waiting and waiting with no regards or respect. Do not go to this doctor, I would like to see his license to practice medicine repealed. more

He is the worst doctor ever,he only cares about the money,he tries to keep you as a patient as long as it possible to be able to have as much money as possible,thats why he is not interested to cure the patients,He hardly knows what is he doing,I don't know how he got his license,looks like its kind of tricky smth here.He s been treating me for more that 3 years now,he tried all the possible medications that exist and nothing helped me,my condition got even worse and now when i was seeing another GI -i was told that i all the treatment i had was unnecessary and very dangerous.I paid so much money and instead got worse that i used to be.If you don't want to die ,please stay away from that man,you can hardly call him a doctor.My name is Anait and i'm 36 years old,my biggest mistake was that i ever did my first appointment at his office just because of the convenient location.His staff is not nice as well.And its the worst place and doctor Ive ever seen!!!!!!!!!!!!!Stay AWAY!!!!!!!! more

Instead of treating his patients toward getting well, ""Dr."" Arakel only makes the conditions worse... Had the worst experiences by being his patient. I strongly recommend that you avoid taking this person as your Dr. (he's the worst kind of doctor I had). more
