Imagine a 70 year old grandma in a wheel chair waiting over two hours just to see the doctor. If this is not cruel, I don't know what is. If you give a patient an appointment, why would you make them wait an additional two hours? This is not something that happens once, it happens on almost every visit. If you don't speak English well and don't know your rights and are unable to complain, this doctor will take full advantage of you. He will prescribe you medicine you don't need, make you sign papers you don't understand, keep you waiting and waiting and waiting with no regards or respect. Do not go to this doctor, I would like to see his license to practice medicine repealed.
