Artis was contracted through my home warranty company, American Home Shield to repair an appliance in my home. They missed the first appointment and did not call or follow up to re-schedule. My husband finally rescheduled and they showed a week later. It took them two weeks to obtain the parts but they never called to confirm that they had them. I called them. We scheduled for them to come to my home the following day to install the parts. They never showed or called. I attempted to follow-up with them for several days and never got them. The warranty company was finally able to reach them, they set an additional time and never showed. Both times, I left work early to meet them. They then scheduled a third time and never called or showed. The warranty company contacted them again and spoke to the owner who indicated that he had been out of town and his team did not follow propper procedures. He promised to meet me at my home the following week at a predetermined time. Again, he never showed or called. He has yet to follow up with the warranty company. My question is, I'm sure that he relies on the warranty company for business. It would seem as though he would ensure that prompt service is provided. That did not happen. I am disappointed that any business would act this way. I have not ever experienced anything like this and would NEVER recommend them to anyone. They likely do good work. The question is, will they show up to complete the work. If you ask me the answer to that is NO.
