Review content:
Our dryer warranty through HHGregg was contracted through this company. We had an appointment between the hours of 8-12 on a Monday. When they hadn't showed or called by 11:30 we called to confirm. They did not pick up and we left a message. No one ever called us back. We contacted HHGregg and they attempted to reach them with the same result. At 2:00 after 20 attempted calls someone finally picked up. He said he would call the tech and call me right back. An hour later I called him back because he did not call me as promised. He said the tech was stuck on a call in Peachtree City and would be at our house between 4 and 4:30. At 5 he had neiter shown up nor called so we called the company 3 times before someone answered the phone. We were then told that his brakes had gone out and he would have to come the next day. Not surprisingly they had not even bothered to try and call us to let us know. We had to contact them. I called this morning to confirm that they would be out today between 10 and 12 as promised and was told they would so we shall see! I will never use this company again!!!
