My washer quit agitating and I had a fan that would not stop turning and the switch on the wall would not turn it off. I also had a few other repairs that needed to be made because I bought a home that was in need of minor repairs. 1) they couldn't fix the washer that was only a year old, their solution to repairing the fan in my grand daughters room was to just turn it off at the fuse box, leaving her no light in her room, and I paid them to do nothing -- each time they came they would supposedly order parts and then no call back, no show. They are DEFINTELY NOT RELIABLE. Oh, they are friendly and polite but that;s all they have going for them. Too bad, because we really need good repairmen in our area and there aren't any.
