Called Benjamin Moore Paint at Arties Hardware in the morning and the serviceman was there in a couple of hours with good advice, clearly knew his locksmith subject and solved my home security problem within hours. Now the house is secure, thanks you guys. more

Fabulous Service 5/12/2010

The locksmith from Benjamin Moore Paint at Arties Hardware came to our new home through the week exactly when he said he would to re-key our new house. The previous owners had only left us the key to the front door. The old locks were also cheap disasters, and he quickly and efficiently replaced them both with much more solid ones, and he explained everything very patiently, including pointing out several other potential problem areas I should keep an eye out for. Everything went fine. Thank you guys.. more

Great Service 5/8/2010

I called at 10am and the locksmith from Benjamin Moore Paint at Arties Hardware was on my door by 10.30am. I felt really dumb for being locked out, but I was put at ease. He got me into my shop by 10.45am, so able to open only 30 mins late. Would definitely use again from one business man to another great service more

Benjamin Moore Paint at Arties Hardware is incredibly helpful. I work for a small non-profit and our funds for administrative costs are limited. They are so friendly and were immediately willing to help us out. I contacted a few other locksmiths in the area and they was the only one who was prompt and helpful. more

Ive used these guys about 5 times. Each time they have been responsive, and reasonably priced. Except for one time, they called me back right away. O find them to be trustworthy, fairly priced, and to goto guys when it comes to locks and keys. more

Friendly, Prompt , Intelligent & Nice 5/6/2010

Over the weekend my key broke off in my door, but lucky for me, someone was home to let me in. I did what any intelligent person would do...I immediately scoured Judy's Book for the best rated locksmith. I tried Benjamin Moore Paint at Arties Hardware since he had several five star reviews. I'm happy to be be listed as another fan of Benjamin Moore! He picked up the phone promptly and arrived within an hour. I told him not to rush since I was already in my home. When he did arrive, it took him less than 10 minutes to correct my issue. He also informed me that it was not my key that was defective, but the door itself. He kindly put that information on an invoice so that I can present it to my management company to obtain a reimbursement. So to say the least, I highly recommend him. He is friendly, prompt, intelligent and nice! more

Six Stars 5/5/2010

Our door lock, built in the 1920's, was malfuctioning and sticking. The final straw was when the key broke off in the lock. We called Benjamin Moore Paint and the locksmith was able to come out within a few hours even though it wasn't an emergency. I was afraid that we would have to replace the whole unit since it was so old and decrepit but he was able to remove the key, adjust the sticky parts and replaced the old striker plate that had a door buzzer which had been extinct for decades. I can't imagine anyone doing a better job and as a bonus he is a really pleasant guy who patiently explained the strange workings of an ancient piece of machinery. Six stars! more

We just purchased our home and moved into the neighborhood. Our realtor said if we were looking for anything to go to Bejamin Moor Paint at Arties. We thought she was talking about paint, which we needed...duuuhhh! However, when we were in there we got to looking at the selection of locks, security systems, and beautiful hardware for the doors. We had the technicians come over for the "works" at a fantastic price!!! We were so thrilled with the caliber of work that we will be frequent customers!! more
