Art of Strength Minnesota is a great, fast paced workout. You never get bored and can get strength, flexibility and cardio all in an hour! The instructors are really nice and very good at correcting form and making sure everyone is getting a safe and effective workout.
The gym is not based on the same old (boring) stationary machines and tired old routines. You learn something new every time you go, but they have a way of making everyone feel ok about learning new things.
I highly recommend trying a class.
