BEWARE, BEWARE, RIP OFF ARTIST ... Tried to Rip me off. Had them paint and mount a Busa Kit for my M109. They didn't match the paint and then told me that I did not specified to match the paint. I could believe Frank said that to me. NOT A PROFESSIONAL SHOP AT ALL. Tried to charge me $200.00 for painting the gas tank when you can see clearly the OEM paint has blue flake and the parts they painted didn't. So it was obvious the tank had not been painted. Plus the tank had 3/4 of a tank of gas in it when I picked it up. Who paint a gas tank and leaves the gas in it? On my way home I go to blow my air horn and it doesn't work. The Clamps for my front brake cable were removed and never replaced. Who Know what other things I'm gonna find as I inspect the bad work they did. I put a stop payment on my credit card which was the only way these guys ever called me....I drop off my bike Before going on a 3 week vacation on Nov 25, 2013. I arrived back in NY DEC. 15. I called and Robert tells me to pick it up after January 1. I go on January 8, 2014 ready to ride home and he tell me he took my bike out for a test ride and chipped the paint so he sent part of the Busa kit back out to be repainted. He forgot to mention that he also scraped the bottom of my New $600 Velocity Pro 2 into I exhaust system. The next time I come to pick it up he tells me the tank is painted but he didn't get a chance to buff it out to come get it Saturday. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO COMMUNICATION. I HAVE TO pay TOLLS AND GAS for a friend to bring me from queens. Other times I took the train there. \r \r I wish I had found these reviews before I went there. I would never take my bike there again and would NEVER RECOMMEND this shop to any of my fellow biker brothers and sister. Stay clear of this place or you will be sorry like I am. more

If you love your pony like i love mine then you have to bring her hear.I just got back from there and I felt obligated to give them a great review. That's how great they treated me and how fast they were. I've been to 2 different shops so I do lack some experience of dealing with motorcycle shops but have been to dozens of mechanic shops and know slimeballs when I see em. But these guys treated me great and charged me very low rates compared to other shops (I called around to verify). ARSON can do anything to your motorcycle:powdercoating,TRON lights,alarms,tires+balance, you name it they can do it all..There is no need to ever take my bike anywhere else for service. Definitely recommend this shop! more

Before you take your bike there buyer beware these guys will rip you off i paid a couple of thousand to these guys and the bike didnt really look good .And on top of that i waited almost two months to get my bike back rob and frank are liars and im thinking of taking them to civil court so please look around cause these guys will rip u off. more

Arsan Garage is straight gargage! I took my motorcycle (BMW R 1150 R) there for a clutch job and it took six (6) weeks for them to return my bike to me! What kind a certified motorcycle repair shop takes six (6) weeks to fix a clutch? I took my bike there because I didn't think changing a clutch was that big of a deal for a certified motorcycle repair shop. Part owner of the shop, Rob, assured me that it would take no more than 1 week. Then after 1 week passed I called to find out the status of my bike and Rob told me that the parts didn't come in yet. I said okay, I'll give him another week before I call back. I also figured he would have called me before then to tell me that my bike is ready to be picked up but to my surprise I didn't receive a call. In fact, the entire six (6) weeks my bike sat in his shop he didn't call me to update me on the status of my bike. I consider that very poor customer service. (PART 1 OF MY POST) Pros: NONE! Cons: THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE! I WILL SET MY BIKE ON FIRE BEFORE TAKING IT TO ARSAN GARAGE EVER AGAIN! more

Awful service. I had these guys do my repair and was overcharged. The bike was never the same after the repair, and to top it all off, my license plate was stolen while the bike was in Arsan's posession. Cons: not trustworthy, bad service, no expertise, no security, shady more
